What a weekend! We are still buzzing from the soft opening of our food truck, and honestly, it feels like a dream come true.

The memories from the soft opening are already some of our favorites. The truck was surrounded by such a delightful atmosphere. We loved seeing familiar faces, and it was so much fun chatting with new customers who were just as excited to try our food.

We honestly can’t express how proud we are. To go from a vague idea, to endless hours of planning and prepping, to finally seeing our vision come to life in the form of our very own food truck. But we know for a fact that we wouldn’t be here without the incredible support we had from our family and friends. We are so grateful for everyone who came out to our soft opening.

Here’s to many more good memories, good food, and good times!
