Sam with nearly a decade of cooking experience and Beanny with years of waitressing, serving, and hosting skills have joined forces to launch a food truck venture.
Their combined expertise in the culinary and hospitality industries provides a solid foundation for their new business.
After years of working behind the scenes in restaurants, they’re excited to bring their passion for good food and great service directly to customers on the street. The Pad Thai was very good and the fried tofu was AMAZING!!! Pillowy soft on the inside and freshly fried on the outside to give it a light crispy skin. Comes with Thai chili sauce as well. Love me a good fried tofu!! And you can tell how fresh everything was.
