Our Delicious Story
Sam with nearly a decade of cooking experience and Beanny with years of waitressing, serving, and hosting skills have joined forces to launch a food truck venture.
Their combined expertise in the culinary and hospitality industries provides a solid foundation for their new business.
After years of working behind the scenes in restaurants, they’re excited to bring their passion for good food and great service directly to customers on the street. With their complementary skills and shared vision, they’re ready to serve up delicious eats and memorable experiences from their mobile kitchen.

Babb D catered our engagement party and it was AMAZING. Everyone loved the food and can’t stop talking about it since the party. Catering prices were very reasonable and generous portions provided. We couldn’t finish it all!! Hands down the best Thai food in Vancouver.

Legitimately some of the best (if not THE best) Thai food in the city. I love this truck and now haunt their website to see when they'll next be in my neighbourhood. 🙂 I need to branch out and try more menu items, but dream of their Pad Thai with shrimp and chicken satay! The pair who run it are very nice people too. You can't go wrong with a meal from them.

Always hot, fresh, and super tasty! Everything we've tried from their menu is always delicious. They are also extremely kind and welcoming. It's always a highlight whenever they're in the neighborhood!

Absolutely amazing! Babb D catered lunch for my company today, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The owners were amazing, and the food was a huge hit with the entire team. We'll definitely be looking forward to having them back. Highly recommend!

The wok aroma added great flavor to the food, but the wait was disappointing. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, yet it took much longer than expected. To make matters worse, customers who ordered after me received their food first. I don't understand why that happened. The food was okay, but the waiting experience needs improvement.

I follow them on instagram so I can see whenever they come by my office. My favourite is the Pad Se Ew. Tastes homemade and they are super sweet people. Highly recommend!!

Stopped by as there was a spring festival at the River District and the Babb D Thai Food food truck was parked across from the market square. Got the chicken Pad Thai and fried tofu with no nuts as I have an allergy.
The Pad Thai was very good and the fried tofu was AMAZING!!! Pillowy soft on the inside and freshly fried on the outside to give it a light crispy skin. Comes with Thai chili sauce as well. Love me a good fried tofu!! And you can tell how fresh everything was.
